I just bought a gold certified 2022 f150 platinum powerboost. Has 13,000 miles on it. I keep getting this message and nothing is plugged in. I called the dealership and the manager said he would research it and get back with me.

I have a 2021 f-150 platinum powerboost. Mine started saying "service charging system soon" then about 3 weeks later this messaged popped up despite nothing plugged in. Took my truck in Thursday and they still have it. No answers yet.

oh wow! I still haven’t heard back from the dealership. It’s so Frustrating. I reached out to @Ford Motor Company and still haven’t heard from them either.

I have a P0B24 DTC when this comes up. DTC happens a lot, generator fault doesn't happen that often, but only with the DTC.
I asked the dealer to look at it, they said they did, but it happened again within a day.
I can't remember for sure, but this may have been a pre-cursor to the DTC. I'm biased by decaying experience with my truck, but I'd bet money your hybrid battery is failing.

If you drive for a while (20-60min), then reset, it may be fine. That's my experience so far, which points to a depleted hybrid battery that recharges while driving.

The dealership said they would get back to me and finally called me. They basically said they have no clue and to bring it in when it does that . I reached out to @Ford Motor Company and they just keep telling me to reach out to the dealership and they can assist me. Im like I have multiple times they have no idea what it is. This is a GOLD CERTIFIED VEHICLE THAT I HAVE HAD 3 weeks. Now I’m wondering if the previous owners traded it in because it was having these issues.

Intermittent electrical issues are a nightmare. I had a trailer control issue. Intermittent. Wasn't coding correctly. Really a problem because when it occurred I lost my trailer brakes. I ended up logging.
Brought the logs to my dealer. Anything you can do to help the mechanic. They have a focus of a gold fish. If they can't figure it out in good time, and it's presently not broken they give up.

I got this fault today at 2nd startup, after everything was showing low 12v battery. It wouldn't clear after 45 min of driving, but parked and off for 15 min, upon restart, the fault was gone. CEL is still on, but I'm used to it.... ??
