I have a 2021 Limited Power boost, I have never used the outlets in the bed of the truck. Could I run this cooler/freezer while driving on road trip.

You can run it in-cab as well w/ 2 20a outlets inside.

For all intents and purposes the outlets in the PB are of the same power capability of a 20 amp home outlet. Some loads may require you to hit the generator button on the dash above the screen if it's more than 400w total draw. It's a bit silly, but that button has more going on in the background if you want the truck to act like a generator and not timeout/shut off.

Depending on the current draw, you may even be able to run it in the cab without turning on full generator mode.

While traveling down the road, with another person to operate it, I have made coffee with a Keurig type maker. This requires 1480 watts. You do have to put the truck into generator mode, but while driving it'll handle it just fine.

Should work. I saw a guy driving down the interstate with a 7-10 cu ft chest freezer and fresh moose antlers in the back of his powerboost last fall lol

Thank you all for the responses, I knew it would power it just did not if it worked while driving. So, after I asked the question, I went and purchased it. Unboxed it in the parking lot and drove home, worked like a champ. I travel a lot with my dog and her food has to stay frozen until ready to use, I have a different cooler/freezer that has rechargeable batteries, but it is too tall to fit in bed with Bak flip cover down.
This Igloo cooler has two sides you can freeze both sides or use one as a fridge and the other as a freezer, not cheap but does work very well.
