Hey all 1st time truck owner here.
Lariat Powerboost, just went over 5k miles yesterday. Had it since late April.
Ran errands yesterday and parked the truck. Needed to use it again late last night. Powered truck on, pulled out of the garage to close it. Once I stopped there were about 6 different warnings that lit up the dash. Pre-Collision assist errors, Advanced trac service needed and a few others. They all scrolled by pretty quick.
Once the truck was in park, it would not come out. Turned it on and off a few times. Fordpass wasn't pulling all the error codes at the time either. I let it sit for a couple of hours and it started right back up. No errors on the dash but the check engine light was still on. Finally Fordpass pulled in all the error messages. I was able to get it backed into the garage thankfully and haven't touched it since.
Here is the laundry list from Fordpass, in order from top to bottom!
Seems like there could be a tiny misfire based on feel when sitting in it. Not quite sure if its safe to drive which will be a problem next week. Earliest so far I can get the truck is on the 9th which is unfortunate.
I'll see if I can use my ODB2 scanner and pull some code(s), haven't had to use it in a long time!
I'll update this thread as I know or learn more. Last week I had just received the OTA for 1.7.1. It did fail to install the 1st time. Not sure if it's related, but just mentioning it.
Will update this thread as I know more or can actually get it scheduled to look at...
Thanks!
