I noticed after my truck passed about 4500 miles gas mileage seems to have increased. I'm constantly amazed at the tech and today I had one of those nerd out moments. When I filled up the range calculation said 660 miles to empty. 76 miles later it says 706 miles to empty. The trip was down US-50/US-17/I-66/Fairfax County 286 so I'm sure I got a bit of an elevation assist but I'll take the 27+ mpg and estimated 800 or so mile range.

I noticed that as well.

For mine, there are 2 critical numbers.

Rolling 10K ish on the odometer and ~20F or below.

Temps matter way more than fuel grade, or even seasonal blend.

And of course how you drive it.

A quick run into town yesterday, yielded 24+mpg.

On the way back, just for grins, I romped on it hard a few times. Boost at full, at least twice that I noticed and mid 80smph, before I ran out of room.

The result for the return trip? Sub 16mpg.

If you don't run the heater that sub 20F milage improves. Cabin heat seems to want the engine coolant at 140F or so (or more).

ICE will run till 120 degrees to be exact then go EV, if you want heat.
