Powerboost adding subwoofer amp - fuse limit / charging issues?

Crutchfield is telling me not to add an amp that’s over 30 amp fuse rating, might cause issues with hybrid charging system. Is this true?

I was looking at this subwoofer enclosure under rear seats with there amp and subs.
