Hey Now,

I saw something similar on a forum for a 2023 Powerboost but it was revived by a jump. I wasn't so lucky.
My 2024 PowerBoost DIED. Like Nothing.
Parked it on a Thursday no issue, Sunday morning to go play DiscGolf and DEAD. added what Siri deciphered from a pic below on the Dealer Invoice

Symptoms:
-Truck opened/lock with KeyPad, No response to any FOB or when approached
-No Start or Accessory Mode
-No dash lights except for Parking Brake On. Figured out CarPlay would work for about 2 mins. Entertainment menus worked but nothing Ford Related like perimeter lighting.
-No Switches worked: Door Locks, Windows, or Mirrors, Tailgate would beep like lowering but not unlock or lock, no Pro Tailgate unlock either.
-Shifter would Stow and Present not shift.
-Seats had power
-Horn worked didn't sound weak
-Dash cam was not enabling so it was detecting power or changes.

Opened hood and used "Solo" battery tester said 12.1 volt at accessory battery 'Recharge'.
Put on Battery booster, No Change but i could hear modules under the hood clicking and whirling once clipped to battery.
Left pack on for a while and re tested everything under symptoms no change. CarPlay continued to working for 2 mins after turning on Radio button.

Tried dropping the FOBs into the Programing slot, nothing.

Unplugged accessory battery for about 20 mins, No change when re attached (but i heard the modules again clicking).
Realized i could try the FordPass but all features. came back with "failed"
Read forums and tried some "internet silliness". Something about brake pedal and high beams and pat your head while rubbing tummy NADA.

To me it felt like the truck was Stuck in some sort of Immobilized mode. Went looking for manual way to release the parking brake and shifter as i was resigned to having it towed at this point. I was not able to find anyway to release the shifter or brake without any power. Pulled the cover under the steering wheel for the manual release but there was no lever to pull out as described in owner manual. I have a copy of the PDF manual on my laptop just incase this type of thing cause of course the onboard truck manual was not available. Oddly i did notice the Radio did see my WiFi as well as the other in my neighborhood.

>Seems to me there should be some way to add a power pack or 9v battery just to release the parking brake/Shifter so you don't have to drag the truck onto a flatbed in gear. At least the brake should have protected the rear (that's what im telling myself)

Ford concierge is a little lacking, Great for getting the tow and all i will say about that.
So after having the truck towed (and dragged) on 2 different days onto a flat bed before they could finally leave the truck at the dealers lot, as i said happened on a Sunday but the Tow Operator found the Lot Locked with no place to leave the vehicle.

Noonish day 3 i called Ford concierge and they said they were waiting for the shop advisor to return call.
3pm i called the Dealer "your truck is ready" WTH? Paper works look like i could have had my truck the next day, neither here or there for this.

When i signed the shop paper work there was like 10 pages i read through and looked like there was a module that was replaced, and something about no errors could be retrieved. Silly me thought they would be on my customer copy and it wasn't quite as detailed but i added in italics. Defiantly sounds like something was replaced cause tones like the parking sensors are sharper and more annoying then when i bought the truck. Id say they sounded more like they belonged in a Lincoln and now they send like a Ford Escape.
A NO APPT- I UNDERSTAND I AM DROPPING MY VEHICLE OFF WITH NO SCHEDULEI APPOINTMENT AND HALDEMAN FORD WILL DO THEIR BEST TO LOOK AT II SOON AS POSSIBLE STANDARD DIAGNOSTICS

Maybe somebody can make sense to what happened?
Running last 2 days, feels like its relearning my driving cause milage is back down to 20mpg from 21-25 occasionally 27mpg on my daily loops.
