Possible to enable USB music browsing at speed?

Does anyone know if there's a way through FORScan to remove the setting that disables the Browse button when the vehicle is in motion? This button will work at speed only if there is someone in the passenger seat (after you click the Yes button on a "Are you the passenger?" prompt), but I want it to work all the time.

The problem with a full case of beer, is that it doesn't remain a "full case" for very long.....
