Possible to draw from battery without engine turning on?

Update to close out this thread:

I went with a new Ecoboost 2.7L with the 2kw pro power onboard instead of the powerboost. Cheaper, more of them on lots, and I could get it in a supercab. Then I'm using an Ecoflow River Pro 740wh portable battery to power the fridge overnight. The reason I chose it is because it is the fastest charging portable battery from 120v (can charge in an hour). So I can turn on the pro power while driving the truck, and charge up the battery if I don't want to wait half a day for the solar panels to charge it.

I suggest a CO alarm for your camper. If you want to test it you can try it at home and check every so often to see if the alarm goes off.

.......or get a parakeet like they did in the mining days.....check its heart rate every 20 minutes and don't get too attached.......lmao. (No parakeet was hurt in the making of this joke)
