Poor leather replacement

2022 f150 Lariat 30,000 replaced yesterday.
First two times they tried to repair.
Finally got new skin and cushion and this is what I ended up with.
Honestly, I don’t blame the dealership.
I point the finger at Ford Motor Company here poor materials.I have seen multiple threads about this issue all on the generation 14.
There needs to be a recall on this I know I’m not the Lone Ranger.

are we looking at the wrinkles in the bolster?
who replaced the leather? my experience with having interiors reupholstered is that the experience of the person doing the job is what makes or breaks a good finished product.

I agree with @bfastr. I have seen many photos of katzkin installs that have similar wrinkles. I have read that most come out with steam and heat. I suppose my first question is why was the cushion replaced?

To answer the above questions, it was factory, leather, and done to dealership .

The outer bolster on my bottom seat leather cover start coming apart due to a stitch failure and kept coming apart up the seam.
They replaced the seat cover and cushion under warranty and the middle area was creased in several areas and is super loose on and looks like crap!
The dealership said they would get back to me when they had a fix and that was over 3 months ago! I don't care about whose fault it is, I just want it fixed

For what it's worth, none of that is real leather. Ford advertises it as "leather trimmed." I couldn't find a single panel that was real leather, leading me to believe that the piping is the only real leather on these seats.

Using a leather conditioner you can quickly see by how its absorbed which parts are leather or other. Seems the front ventilated sections and main parts of the 2 outboard rears are leather as is the centre front armrest. The rest seems to be other in our Lariat.
