I’m going on a road trip with my wife and after a few hours she wanted to take a nap. Like most people do, she reclines the seat all the way back to nap but I keep getting this message and a very annoying chime that goes off 3 times. The truck keeps notifying me every once in a while along with the chime. Is there ANY way to turn this off?? I know it’s dangerous reclining the seat all the way back while driving at high speeds. I don’t need the truck notifying me every 10-15 minutes or so.

Can she see over the steering wheel when she’s reclined back like that? ? (sorry, couldn’t resist).

Hi there, Jesus. This passenger seat concern doesn’t sound like something we want you to experience with your F-150. Could you please send us a PM with your VIN and the name and location of your Ford dealer? I'd be happy to look into how I can assist you on my end.

She’s on the passenger seat reclined. I’m the one driving. Her seat is set all the way down so no she can’t see over the dashboard.

Tell her she's activated the "Passenger Ejection" feature.

You should have seen the look on my wife's face when I said "Hello Ford... Eject Passenger!"
