Starlink Mini installed. Went with the Savage UTV mount and also got their locking base. Install was super easy.

I did end up putting some PPF where the rubber feet sit. Hopefully that willl help prevent any damage to the roof. I purchased a separate 12v outlet power cord and routed it through the headliner.

Pretty happy with how clean it looks.

Do not exceed 100 mph or Starlink will require you to upgrade your subscription to aviation subscription.

Price jumps from 50¢ per gig to $100 per gig. (not a typo 😁)

I manage about 25 Starlink subscriptions. Most are <100 mph

But there are a couple of >
Rarely exceeding 600mph though.

Amazing technology.

Well, I did a black Friday purchase. Kinda pricey, but with me not jumping on them last year when they were cheaper it's totally my fault, lol.

I'm genuinely curious of they will actually do two things...
1. improve the ride
2. allow me to set up the rear in a way that I would be fine removing the airbags.

So far, so good with these Elka shocks. They are not going to "blow your socks off", however the dampening is improved and more controlled over stock across the board. small hits are absorbed better and zero "bouncing" on larger bumps like big speed bumps and G-outs or highway humps.

The rears are not as controlled with big hard hits as the Fox 2.5's, but to be honest I would hope that to be the case, different price-point and level of performance for the 2.5's.
Elka shocks are a great set of shocks ( I had them on my Tacoma ) and they were a huge upgrade vs my Old Man Emu’s. You had (or still riding on the 2.0’s), I had the 2.5 shocks for them. I am now looking to get a set on my truck since I have added the front bumper.

I have good thing on these, why ICON’s vs a set of deavers?

Great read on the build, took me a spell to get through it all. Truck looks great.👍

Thank you! I can't wait to get a few more things done here over the holidays.

I was also curious on the ICON's over Deavers.
Hey, there are really two main reasons for me going Icon's over Deavers

1. Price, the Icons are over $1000 cheaper by the time they get to me
2. Options - although you do get nice custom springs based on what you ask for from Deaver, you can't easily change them if your set up changes. With the Icon's, I can see how I like Option 1 and if I need more capacity due to what ever I add to the truck, then I replace/add the supplied leaf.

That makes a lot of sense then! With the Icons can you change the ride height in the rear?

I am sure, you have quite the parts list there to get done. I would be curious if the raptor hood fits with the stock fenders, sure looks like it would as there has been one for sale for spell on marketplace that I would like to go after.

Technically yes, you can use the additional leaf to replace one leaf in the existing stack and you get more height, if you want more than that, you leave the leaf in the middle and add the extra one on top. The issue is that you increase the ride height and make the rear stiffer when adding the springs.

Unfortunately not, I considered doing the same to get this hood on and the stocker sold, but the Raptor hood sits almost an inch higher then the stock fenders.

Got the notice that the springs are shipped and on their way!

Might be able to get them installed over the holidays. I will start with option one and then hook up the trailer to check sag without adding air to the bags.
