So I bought some used Raptor LEDs and the BoostedGreyGoose harness for this conversion. I needed to buy a few other things from Ford to make this conversion happen since the Raptor LEDs didnt have the BLIS bracket or wiring. My halogens had an 8-pin grey connector and a 4-pin blue connector inside, and I needed the 12-pin black connected and 6-pin blue connector inside:
  • Bracket. Rear Right. Right.2021-23.: Part Number: ML3Z14D189N
  • Bracket. Left.2021-23. Rear Left.: Part Number: ML3Z14D189P
  • Blind spot radar wire. Socket Assembly (x2): Part Number: ML3Z13410C
I confirmed that the installation for both lights is correct. I went into the BdyCM AS BUILT and then applied the following changes one by one in the order below. Here is the result:

726-44-02 (rear bulb outage)/ 00XX-XXXX-XXXX works as intended

726-43-02 (stop-position-turn config with build-out monitoring) / 0102-02XX-XXXX makes my right tail blinker not work when on the brakes, hyper blinking on right turn signal on the dash, but left one works fine with no issues when parked and engine off. When driving, hyper blinking occurs on both left and right turn signals in the dash, but not on the light.

And 726-43-01 (stop-position-turn logic for raptor tails) / XXXX-XXXX-01XX made it so the turn signals don’t flash when I’m on the brakes, and hyper blinking on the dash for both turn signals.

***At no point did the turn signals have any hyper blinking externally on the tail lights themselves.

Right now I only have 726-44-02 (rear bulb outage)/ 00XX-XXXX-XXXX activated because that’s the only thing that allows the turn signals to work when I’m on the brakes.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

I cannot help you with any potential wiring issues (if any); but as far as the BCM is concerned:
...726-44-02 (rear bulb outage)/ 00XX-XXXX-XXXX works as intended
This is not exactly as you describe. It is rear bulb TURN outage. You should also make sure that rear bulb stop/position outage is disabled:
726-44-01xxxxxxxxx*--
...726-43-02 (stop-position-turn config with build-out monitoring) / 0102-02XX-XXXX...
I don't know what to make of your explanation here, so I'll just say that IF your lights have a separate turn lamp (LEDs, usually Amber) then 726-43-02 0102 02xx xx-- is correct. However, what do you have for 726-43-02 xxxx xxx* xx-- ? It should be 0
...And 726-43-01 (stop-position-turn logic for raptor tails) / XXXX-XXXX-01XX made it so the turn signals don’t flash when I’m on the brakes, and hyper blinking on the dash for both turn signals...
Again, if there are separate turn LEDs, then this is correct.

My next step, after verifying all hardware is properly wired/functioning, would be to change rear bulb stop/position outage, make the other changes again and afterwards, before any testing, reboot both the BCM and IPC in service procedures (spanner icon). I am basing all my advice upon my KR rear lights which have separate amber turn LEDs
