Hello,
It has been about two weeks since I took delivery of my truck. Within the past 2-3 days I have been constantly getting a message showing up stating “No Network connection”, when I try and troubleshoot in the connectivity settings I get an error that it can’t be loaded and try again later or contact dealer.
It also appears that my fordpass app has not been updating and I currently cannot use it to start my vehicle.

Is there any troubleshooting I can do before reaching out to my local dealer?

thanks!

Post or PM me your VIN. Without any connection, I doubt it is able to send any DTC's to Ford's servers, but if it did, I would be able to see them.

I have a similar issue, I’m taking it back to the dealer service department to check it out this Friday.

Sounds like your TCU is locked up. First thing to try is unplugging it overnight to let it fully reset and then plugging it back in (TCU is bolted to the back of the cab behind the passenger seat). Alternatively, you can reset it with FORScan. This was a surefire fix for 21-22 but it hasn’t always worked for 23 owners. https://www.f150gen14.com/forum/threads/ford-pass-not-updating-working.14386/page-3

Hey all thanks for the advice. I was pretty slow at troubleshooting the issue as its been a busy week or so. But I did get it resolved by just disconnecting the battery for about 15-20 minutes.

The thing that sucks is that I don't get good service in my garage, and no wifi out there either, so I had to drive it somewhere to test it haha.

Anyways its been working for about a week now, sometimes the simplest solution is the thing that works.
