So a couple of days ago I noticed I suddenly had no GPS on the NAV, no connection to FordPass, and the truck will not connect to my home wifi or find any wifi networks. Lane centering no longer works either, which I'm hoping is related to the GPS issue. I also cannot get into the connectivity settings on the center screen. It says the features are not available. All of this was working fine late last week. I haven't made any forscan changes or anything else recently, it just all stopped working. I did pull fuse 8 in the interior fuse box for a minute, but no change. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I see you pulled a fuse, did you try doing the sync reset? Not sure if that is any different then pulling fuse. Worth a try

@bkohn2 Message me the VIN. I'll poke around and see if I see anything useful.

I did try a reset. Not a full factory reset, but there was another option. Can't remember what it was exactly.

You’re in good hands with rugedraw. He will find it most likely.

The master reset won't hurt to try, but I don't think it will resolve your issue. Your truck is still talking to the cloud on a limited level. Your truck is reporting this code:

Ford F-150 No GPS, FordPass, or WiFi 1745350834721-no

The SSM referenced is attached and you did receive a TCU OTA in February. It seems like that OTA make have broken the TRON authorization on the modem. This would explain why certain connected features are not working even though your modem is still online and reporting data to the cloud. Unfortunately, FORScan cannot be used to re-authorize TRON. This has to be done by the dealer or with FDRS.

Interesting. I do see in FordPass app the last update was February 20, but everything has worked fine since then until just late last week. Could it still be because of that update?

The code has been there for the past 60 days, so it does not seem to be a new issue. I don't have a good answer to that question, but I can tell you that code is not normal. I would try the master reset. It can't make things worse, IMO.

Ok, I'll give the reset a try and if that doesn't work, I guess it's going to the dealer unfortunately. Not a fan of my local dealer, so we'll see how it goes. Thank you so much for the help, it's greatly appreciated.

One other quick question. If I do the master reset, or if I disconnect the battery for 10 minutes, will I lose my forscan changes?

No, FORScan changes will stick. A master reset will remove the truck from Fordpass, remove your phone and erase all programmed stations. Battery disconnect will not delete anything. Also, if you try the battery disconnect, I would leave it disconnected for 20 minutes instead of just 10.

So a 20 minute battery disconnect fixed it! Hopefully it stays fixed. Thanks for the help.

Awesome! Even better.
Definitely. Do you think the error that you found will go away now or do I need to clear errors with FORScan?
