Hi Everyone- I am new here and I did a search for this (on the forum, on Google, using ChatGPT), but I am still not totally sure what to buy. Apologies in advance if I missed something obvious.
I recently purchased this under transmission skid plate from Amazon (aftermarket): https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0FFG5HS1T My 2024 F150 XLT 2.7L 4x4 does not have the fabric skid plate under the transmission (only the one in the front of the truck under the radiator) but I thought I could just bolt this skid plate on anyway. Unfortunately I went under the truck today and it appears to also be missing the L-Brackets that bolt to the left and right sides of the frame that would allow me to bolt up the rear section of the skid plate. I circled the bracket in the snapshot I took from the YouTube installation video The bracket is in the upper right hand corner of the photo.
I really need to know what the Ford part numbers are for the frame brackets, and also what other hardware I would need to get the brackets on so I can install the skid plate. I am listing the part numbers I think might be correct (from ChatGPT) but it would be great to get a confirmation from someone who might have already done this before. It does not appear to be a common search for this bracket and the required bolting hardware, it takes some digging.
I appreciate all the help in advance. I tried my best to be as descriptive and provide as much information as possible. Please let me know if you need any more. Thanks!
