I have 6.1.0 installed and today I received a notice that it wants to install 2.7.4?! Anyone experience this before? I can’t stop it either since it says it’s already scheduled.
2.7 4 is not a problem, it installed on my truck this past Tuesday. It's a very small update to the BCM "body control module". It consists of 1 file 900 kb. Although the trucks screen said it requires up to 45 minutes to install. When checked in PTS the following morning it actually installed in 8 minutes. Just make sure your battery SOC is at 80% or greater and it will install without a problem.

This release of 6.2 is different than the previous one. The visual changes were only previously included in 6.3.
IMHO, releasing TWO revs under the same revision number is a MAJOR no no in software engineering.
is it any wonder that people are confused about what features are included in any particular release?
Ford has a looong way to go before it gets control of the software engineering project that these trucks have become.

I agree. I am not sure what they were thinking with this.
