Alexa disappeared - anyone else

I'm a subscriber to amazon music and Ford connected services to allow Alexa to play music in the truck. Starting yesterday, Alexa hasn't been responding to voice commands, and Alexa is missing as an audio source option (12 inch Ford Sync).

Anyone else having this problem/ Safe to assume there's no one at Ford that could troubleshoot (based on a couple of experiences).

You may have to re-sync Alexa in your truck. I've had to do that bfore.

hmm.... ok. I restarted Ford sync, with no joy. Will try to figure out how to resync Alexa on the next trip.

Update. Yes @onechance .... looks like re-enabling Alexa worked. I would describe the steps, but my 7 yr old was halfway through it by the time I got involved. Basically entered a code at amazon/code, etc re-linking it to your account like on a hotel TV.

Check to make sure the connected services are working “up & diwn arrows on top right side on infotainment screen.
If you are not sure call Ford Pass.
