New trailer software update

Received this notification this morning
Anyone get this update? Only thing I could see is when I try to do a trailer light check, sometimes the screen doesn’t let me because it says there is lights already turned on, like a signal light or hazards, which isn’t true
Maybe this fixes that?

I got the update last night but haven't had a chance to launch the boat. I will say that two weeks ago I had the boat hooked up and the the remote/app trailer light test worked without issue. Not saying it won't fix your issue, just that I didn't have an issue before this update.

The only time I've seen that is when I unwittingly had my foot on the brake.

Anyone know if these updates need to be connected to wifi?

Not sure when I read it, but someone here noted that WiFi router settings might in some cases interfere with updates. (My vague memory is that it was because Ford sends some updates from foreign IP addresses?) The suggestion was that (depending on the blocking you had in place on your network) it might be better to just let it happen over the Ford cellular connection. Seemed to make sense, so I turned off WiFi. I received this latest trailer connection update just fine.

Almost every OTA has been delivered via cellular. Only 2-3 have been delivered WiFi.
