So damn annoying man! Wish I could revert back to the previous update.Having this exact same problem with my 2022 Lariat with the B&O unleashed system. Ever since the last update (sometime in April). 20-30 seconds into outgoing calls the call goes to static and then I can't hear the person on the other end. Crazy interference sound when I put it in reverse and the camera will freeze. Sometimes happens randomly when driving (interference type sound). Newest issue, the entire system will randomly freeze up and I'll get the blue screen of death. Will either fix itself on it's own after awhile or I need to shut off the truck and restart. Took it to Ford. They said it was my phone. Tried other phones. Same issue. Hope there's an update soon! I need to make calls on the road for work. Pulling over to make a call is so 2004.
Nope...still happening to me as well.. although I will say it's become slightly better? But still not great.
That is a bummer. I saw there is a 4.3.x updated, I am on 4.2.2.2; checked but there is no updates available for my truck yet.
Although mine is better...it's still happening sporadically.
Mine seems to be fixed with the latest update. Hopefully they push another update to fix yours. Such an annoying issue. Fingers crossed it doesn't happen again.
Ive noticed mine is now limited to...running android auto and google maps. Anytime I come to a stop or make a turn it will glitch/static/skip music randomly and then pick back up. I havent noticed it happening while just driving or when I toss it in reverse/initiate the cameras in a while.
Me after new purchase in Oct, 23 lariat, base B/O with 12inch screen. Took it back to dealer, told them there was a matrix like audio error sound when switching sources, call aufio would drop while keeping the phone.
