New 21G01 dealer update

I just wanted to let everyone know that has a 2021 that they might give their dealer another chance.
After getting the email notification from Ford, I decided to give the dealer a chance to get Bluecruise operational. They were a little concerned when I took it in, as the last one they tried to update over a year ago, didn’t go well. Apparently, Ford has made the update a little more user friendly. When I picked it up, the service advisor said that they hadn’t had any problems.
This is how my updates went:
2.7.4 on 6/18/22
3.5.2 on 5/21
3.5.3 on 6/1
3.5.4 on6/6
Dealer activated Bluecruise 6/6
Got truck back on 6/7, test drove it on I-25 and everything worked perfectly!
I have since taken a 400 mile road trip and it worked fine. It’s definitely going to take getting used to!

I’m 68 years old and not real handy with technology and I really didn’t want to screw up a$65,000 truck!
I used to be pretty good with a dwell meter and a timing light!?

Hello all, i got 2021 f150 power boot. I got blue cruise version 1.0 on November 2022. My truck updated couple days go. But still same blue-cruise 1.0 . It’s not 1.2 version. Anyone got 1.2 yet?

Mine is 1.0. I was hoping that since the dealer did the updates a couple weeks ago, it might be the 1.2 version. Apparently, it’s not available yet for the 2021 models.

BC 1.2 is not available for our trucks by traditional means. There is nothing official from Ford that says we will get it, either. We all are just hoping we will.

When friends have asked how I like the new truck, after I say amazing, I tell them it is more like getting a new computer with an operating system you're not familiar with, than getting a new vehicle (used to be).

I doubt Bluecruise 1.2 will arrive with even the slightest stealth.

It will rock the forum on Day 1

And there will be great gnashing of teeth by anyone without a Mongoose, as they blast the "VIN Lookup" thread every hour upon hour.
