I don't know how good or powerful the Consumer Complaints are in your state, but if the Attorney General supports them, I think I would try that avenue first. Do a search on it and see what they offer. In our state (Iowa) I've had good luck after companies have tried to crap on me. Then you always have that lawsuit avenue if you need it. Ford is such a large and slippery corporation that I am guessing they have hoardes of lawyers on staff to defend lawsuits. Now if it is a Warranty Issue, you might have a better chance...It's a shame companies have forgotten how to treat their customers in today's world....I've put a lot of information in my previous post about my 2022 Powerboost dying outside Moab almost 60 days ago. It finally got diagnosed to a bad in-tank fuel pump which is on nationwide backorder (Ford says) and is part number PL3Z9H307B. It has less than 16k miles.
I've been told that is the same fuel pump that would be used in any 2022/2023 F150 with the 3.5 V-6 engine (not just the Powerboost). So if Ford has produced any of these in the last 60 days that would mean the factory has the part, and just won't release any to dealers.
If I can verify it is the same part and the factory has them, I am considering filing suit.
Hopefully some of you can help me with these details, thanks
