National Discount Packages - what am I missing (savings)?

Greetings,

So I see all these "Cobine To Save" in the packages list. It shows two packages - for example in the XLT, 302A Equipment Group $2000 and another 302A 43B Co-Pilot Assist 2.0 $250.
So if you get both it's $2250, right?
On the right side it says "Combine to Save $2250".
What's the saving here? What exactly am I combining and how does it save me money if it's the sum of the two packages?

But what is the "combination" discount? If you take both packages it is the sum of both of them separately, so what's the combination discount?

I understand that but the way it is listed, the wording "combination" seems to imply that if you combine both you'll get a discount compared to if you bought them separately. It's just confusing.

Combine to save simply means that you can get both discounts and not simply one of the other.
