Do you mean other compatible ACMs? You can search eBay etc. for ML3T-18K810 and look for modules that have the satellite radio ID numbers to the left of the barcode. There are a few difference revisions I've seen (CDE, FDE, CDG and so on). If it's HD Radio compatible the logo will be on there. You can always cross reference the Ford parts website to be sure. The aftermarket antennae are cheap but you may get lucky and find a factory antenna used. Most trucks seem to have the wire ran from the back passenger pillar to the glove box. It's a male curry "fakra" plug there and a male on the back of the ACM so you'd need a compatible cable which can be had on a South American rainforest-themed website.

In my case I am only interested in xm, had it in my recently totaled sierra for 18 years. I know I can blue tooth it through my phone and car play. But in Idaho cell service and radio can be spotty. My daughter uses Spotify/CarPlay in her bronco, so before I got the f150 I was already tired of having to wait for her to sign into her phone get to the app launch it choose a playlist etc. when ever on a drive with her!If you’re only wanting to add Sirius, check Amazon etc for a female to female curry FAKRA at least a foot long. There’s enough room to pass that from the center cavity where the ACM is mounted to the glove box area. There are also universal FAKRA extensions of questionable quality.
That antenna part is correct but will show up marked as LC3T-19K351-AE with a cellular plug and SDARS plug. If you care about having non nav GPS for FordPass you need to check the driver side antenna to see if it’s GPS capable. At least on the truck I’ve looked at it was there but wasn’t hooked up. You might be able to run an extension from that antenna to the passenger side blue FAKRA that gets unplugged to add the Sirius antenna.
Do you know the answer to this:I’ve Got the nav apim. Just trying to sort out the antenna.
How far up the headline is the plugs on the back? Is the right antenna gps and satellite?
Must simpler than all that. Remove the coat hanger, remove the lower center trim piece at the bottom of the door, remove the seal and cab trim going back up the rear window and pull it out of the way just enough to be able to drop the headliner and get your arm to the plug. Grab the headliner at the back glass and tug it down.It is right close to the curve of the roof, above the seat belt be !!careful I believe there is an air bag rolled right in front of it!! You can see it by just popping off the trim at the top without any on the steps below.
Have not worked through this but I am thinking:
Undo the upper rear seat belt bracket
pop the puller trim off at top
Wedge it back with a rolled up towel
Lower the head liner enough to maybe reach in though the rear window (if equipped) to undo the antenna bolt and clamp.
There also appears to be a plastic snap grommet on the antenna. If buying a new one I think it is supplied?
So if your ACM has the SiriusXM number is it as simple as just adding the antenna and making the changes with ForScan?i can confirm everything you stated. My 3 weeks old, 22 XLT with Nav/XM delete seems to have an XM turner!

The antenna wire at glove box is missing the extension to the ACM and at the other end a non XM antenna
I think the front wire extension is labeled as a splitter part number ML3Z-19A397-A
The diagram labels it a splitter, in the parts catalog it is an Antenna Cable it says W/O Satellite radio and W satellite Radio? There are several extensions listed so it is hard to tell from the descriptions which does what.
As to antenna itself I think a LC3Z19A390F may be the one?
I learned something about Ford parts the first letter is the year the part was introduced:
L. 2020
M 2021
N. 2022
I also have a non nav APIM No curry/ yellow plug. it starts with "N" so introduced in 2022.
it is labeled NL3T 14G670 EMF
So did Ford run low on parts or just wanted to upsell? Why XM turner but no XM/NAV antenna or NAV APIM are those the 2 parts they were short of?
Stay tuned going to find out. Our Amazon does not arrive till after 5 and might be sking tomorrow so may be a bit till I plug in Forscan. So if your ACM has the SiriusXM number is it as simple as just adding the antenna and making the changes with ForScan?
The Forscan changes are on Page 1. There is 1 change in the ACM and 1 in the APIM. I'm guessing this is the splitter, to do it the "right" way. https://parts.ford.com/shop/en/us/n...splitter-13694521-1?pdp=y#sectionId:324048315Stay tuned going to find out. Our Amazon does not arrive till after 5 and might be sking tomorrow so may be a bit till I plug in Forscan.
But will post what happens.
First time using it so going to go very slow! I am thinking if it is an 8 needs to go to “A”? So might be a couple of days till I can mess with it.
Still if that’s the case it sounds too easy! Even read a Ford to dealer notice that said in Red letters “ No both features can not be added at a later date”
So if it is only as described why did they delete both and not just NAV?
Pretty simple. Pop the center bezel from around the screen out, remove center speaker grille and speaker if you have that, 2 bolts in the tray then pop that out, 4 bolts to remove the hold down bracket, 4 bolts on the ACM then remove it.How do you get to the ACM? Is it behind the screen?
