I was just coming over here ask questions and I found this. I am looking to carry Two 65 lb bikes. (e bikes). I came up with 2 choices, both use those blocks where you pull the front tire and put the fork into those blocks that clamp onto the front forks with quick release sets.
1: build a mount system for the floor in back seat that will clamp onto seat mount so it don't move, and put 2 bikes in there.
2: Mount 2 of these blocks to the front outside edge of extruded aluminum plate on the front of retrax MX cover. This will hold the front, than I will need a way to keep the rear tires from jumping off the back of cover as I move.
I would remove the batteries to make it easier to load either choice above.
