This all started July 14th. I made it 35 miles from the dealership after picking up my new PB, stopped to get some eats and upon starting the vehicle a bunch of warnings started flashing on the screen. I called the salesman and he asked if I could get it to the nearest ford dealer which was 10 miles away. I made it there with no issues and the pick up drove like normal. He was able to meet me there with my old pick up (trade in) and I went on my way back home which was 160 miles away. We decided to leave it at that dealership due to not wanting to drive it any more. A couple days later they did a scan and saw a “low voltage alarm” which they cleared. Checked all batteries and alternator, everything checked out so I went back down (160 miles one way) to pick it up and immediately got the same warnings when leaving the lot. This time they hooked it up right away and said it was intermittent comms with the RCM(restraint control module) and they would order a new one. The good news is the part was only a 3-4 day wait which would’ve been today but it has not arrived as of yet. The dealer has been great about apoligizing and checking in on the situation. I’m putting this out there seeing if anyone else has had the same warnings and what was the fix for them? I really hope it’s just the RCM and I can have a problem free pick up for the next 5 yrs but my gut is not telling me the same. Thanks much!!

Hey there! I can look into your F-150’s message concerns on my end if you’d like. Will you send us a private message with your VIN and dealership info?

I get the same thing out of my non-powerboost f150. Here's a sample of the ondash displays...

2022 f150 random errors - 1 of many - YouTube

What makes it most fun is the power steering and antilock brakes go out. Been a long time since I've driven a full sized truck with manual steering and brakes.

Sysop you have a lot more than I did!! I never had any issue with the power steering or brakes. The dealer got the RCM replaced today and delivered it to my house 160 miles away with no issues. Crossing my fingers. Good luck with yours.

hate to jump in on this thread but I was about to post one with a very similar title - as I have the same issues an un-drivable 2022 F150 Powerboost - 677 miles.

Drove the truck for a couple of weeks - Last Wednesday went to dinner, parked, turned truck off, when in and ate. Came out, unlocked the truck, got in, pressed brake and then start button. All I got was a ton of error messages and a truck that would not start. call tow company - could not tow it, tried to jump start it etc. nothing. could not tow because eBrake would not release nor get it out of Park. left the truck in the parking lot. Got up the next morning went to ford to talk to them about it. They said tow it in - you have the esp - call the number and they will get it here. after 3.5 hours no tow service - called my own - finally got it towed to Ford. Thursday mid day.

Today I get a message from Ford that the think it is the ABS Module and they are trying to determine when they can get one. This to me means its on back order and they really have no clue on when one will arrive. Now a waiting game...

In addition they said they think it was the ABS module as pressing on the brake would not register and therefore the truck would not start. I question this as why would the truck not start remotely like it normally would when I use the key fob from a distance. No reply on this yet.

Plus I let them know I have lost communication with the vehicle via the Ford App as the last readings I saw said battery at 11 volts and truck went into deep sleep mode conserve power or something similar.

Anyone have a faulty ABS Module replaced?
