Multi-Contour seats W/ Active Motion not working

Hi All - I think I have a similar problem. I just did a bunch of updates via FDRS (including APIM and GWM) and lost the massage seats. I have a 2022 Platinum Powerboost - I added the multi-contour seats after I bought the truck and had Jesse remote in to help program them. I just messaged Jesse separately.

The APIM update took the “seats” setting away - I managed to get that back in FORscan but all options are greyed out.

I also got 3 APIM DTCs and the SCMG and SCMH is no longer found in either FDRS (modules greyed) or FORscan (Shows a red stop sign). One of the DTCs was u2101:00-0B.

I readily acknowledge that I am now in well over my head. I was really hoping for the BlueCruise lane shifting, but would be happy going back to being able to adjust the lumbar support and use the massage function.

Any advice is appreciated.

My passenger seat massage was not working also display was greyed out for that side. Hit the center button for the seat control on the side of the seat and it started working. The switch or button was hung up. It's now working with the display and the seat buttons. Also you have to be setting the seat for it to work...
