Miles to empty dropping in full EV mode

Hey , just started noticing a little while that my miles (kms , I'm up here in Canada ) to empty are still dropping even in full EV mode. For a while it would increase, I'm boggled , nothing else has changed. Also my miles to empty don't really increase like they use to , always steady dropping. If I got cruising I'd be nothing the tank would increase by 15 kilometers easily, now barely ever
Any insight on the subject would be appreciated

I've seen mine go from 400 miles to 600 miles during the same trip. My guess, it's calculating based on the last x miles of driving. Once you start breaking your 'normal' mpg, it tries to recalc and then goes up/down accordingly.

Do you find it strange that the miles to empty are dropping while in full EV mode ?.

It literally never did this before, I had a fault come up , high voltage fault on the battery and its been a bit off since ,

Did it show up with a fill up? Could be bad gas. The GOM (guess-o-meter) is looking at previous driving/fuel burn to determine such things. I started out on a 290 mile trip with 300 miles on the GOM, after 290 miles there was ~160 remaining.

Did you get a high ethanol content fuel? Requires more fuel to get the same mileage.

Reset a trip meter and see how it's actually reporting.

Hey , yeah it's been through almost two full tanks. I had to fill up a bit earlier on the last tank because of sky rocketing gas prices up here. But this is the full second tank it's been doing this with. Kind of noticed it after an oil change. But I've obviously gone with synthetic oil and a good oil filter,
And yes I always reset the one trip when I fill up ,
