Main Driver display reboot while driving

While driving on the interstate this weekend, I had the main driver display go completely black for less than 5 seconds then reboot with the Ford logo as if it was first started up. Cruise control was set and never interrupted.
Took to dealership and they tested and all passed. Happened again after I left the dealership on the interstate again with the cruise set. Total reboot as if it was just starting up. Anyone experienced this before? 2021 King Ranch.

I've had that happen. Could not tell if anything was wrong or not. I carry a code reader and scanned shortly after. Nada, zilch, nothing. Just scarred the s--- out of me at 80 mph on I80.

Same thing here on my 22 STX in 2022
Then navigation screen locked up on interstate
The dash reboot just like you said but I keep all screens locked out except Trip 1
All screens unlocked
Pulled off 40 miles later and navigation still locked
Cut truck off and walked in a store
I wanted the truck not to be in range of my key
Started up and off I went
2 days later same thing
Ford had no explanation
I did hard reset
Unhook battery terminals for about 30 seconds and touched them together
Hasn’t happened since
