2021 pb dash goes black and reboots while driving

Hello all I have a 2021 pb platinum with 17,600 miles and recently started experiencing the dash go black and then reboot while driving. This happened about every 3 miles on a recent 40 mile trip; combination of highway and city driving. I have replaced both 12 volt batteries and seated fuses that were all insufficiently
seated. Checked battery voltage at 13.9 volts. The only solution I have seen is replace the Instrument cluster. I would rather not go that route. Love the truck but this is annoying.

I checked Vin and I have 2 updates that have not downloaded is there any way to push these updates. My 12 volt SOC
was low and probably prevented updates. Both batteries replaced and all parameters for OTA should be good.
