Loaded up my truck with the max load I’ll be doing for work. Loading the truck requires way shorter ramp now and is much easier to work with compared to stock.
First pic empty and I’m running 1400lbs in the 2nd pic but normally I’m about 5-600. I also run a top to keep equipment out of the weather.

What were your before/after measurements front and rear? I usually measure edge of wheel well to top of center cap on wheel.

Nice truck and I love the stance. How did you go about lowering the rear end? I really want to lower the rear end of my 2023 Powerboost.

I didn’t think to do that, I just put 80psi in the bags to get the level I wanted. Will have to measure the next time I’m there.

You have to do the axle flip kit. I highly recommend doing homework on the kits. My kit is not adjustable at 3/5 but ridetech is adjustable via shackles and uses an adjustable coil over in the front for 0-3” so I’ll be switching mine soon.

Maxtrac makes 2" rear lowering kits if you just want to bring down a little

Thanks Graygoose. I will have to pay to get this done. What kind of installation charges am I looking at, hopefully it won't break the bank.

You definitely don't want to do the Max track 2" or you will have to notch the bed. I have a 1" drop (no need to notch) and removed the stock blocks. That alone is enough to lower it some. Check out my build thread to see the stance. However, I am not sure whether there's anything special about lowering a Powerboost.....do some research on it.

Good point as I’m not familiar with the power boost rear. Because I’m a RCSB and FX4 my rake was ridiculously high at like 4.5”. You could look and see if you have blocks on your axle and get an inch out of that for free.

IIRC a 2" shackle, no matter the brand, will have you notching the bed. A 2" rear drop on these is a combo of a 1" shackle and removal of the block if you are a 4x4.

I agree on getting an overall kit that's adjustable.
I have a Belltech front coilover set up 0"-3" and the rear is a 6" maxtrac flip kit with a 2" lift hanger and Ridetech headlight sensor brackets. Add in the Fox drop shocks and my truck is at a 3/5 and rides very good. Hauling I haven't done much over a few hundred pounds and a light trailer but it was no problem.

Most dont notch the bed, they just cut the bolt, and you can adjust your jack up or down to keep from notching bed.

Yep this is my goal on the front but I’m really interested in the bwoody 3 link conversion for the rear. I’ll probably keep the IRC flip with bags in the rear until I can piece together that setup. I think I might add some thicker bottom plates though as these are bending as they are really thin for the application at least on the corners.
I might add the traction bar setup while I’m waiting.
