That’s great you are in a rigid at the C6 level. Definitely power seating as the seat is lower than the non adjustable XL by a lot. I sold my truck or I could have gotten that measurement but @AdamC has a lowered XLT and might be able to get it for you.
Another thing you could do is get your seat to floor higher on the chair (depending on the model it might be adjustable), use a thicker cushion and use larger rear wheels to maintain elbow ergonomics so your closer to the truck seat.
I am (was ?) 6'0. Chair was fabricated to to my measurements. Chair has a ~23" seat height with the roho cushion - haven't found anything thicker/better. I can go up and down ~6" right now which means a ~29" vehicle seat height is doable. Seat height on a 3/5 dropped XLT with the seat lowered might still be too high, but there are some less invasive intermediary devices out there that I'm exploring. Appreciate everyone's input!

Nice chair, it’s a Ki Mobility Rogue2. Depending on where you are in AZ I probably know the guy that designed it. Looking at it you can raise the chair a 1/2” with the parts that are on it which might help. Anymore height you would need parts plus you might not fit under tables.
You can also practice transfers in a therapy gym that has one of these adjustable height car/truck cabs where they can set the height of the truck to see what’s doable for you from the chair. You can use a mat table too but it’s not as real world as this.
That plate in your post is a very useful platform that I’ve seen used quite a bit.

I probably should have prefaced that I work with SCIs designing equipment :) PM me if you ever want a second opinion on changes to your chair. By you saying you can push on transfers your probably ASIA C as most quads can’t push using triceps and can only pull. I have had guys fab up an extended grab bar that comes lower to allow you to hook into it with your forearm/wrist.
I will also say you might consider an extended cab to allow you to rotate the frame and wheels behind you leaving the passenger seat open. The other benefit of an extended cab is the back door opens suicide so it lets you run the seat back really far giving you more room in your transfer.
One thing I did do on my lowered XLT was use the flip axle with the stock shackle to get a full 6” drop vs the 5” and used airbags to manage the height. This will allow you to dump air to get the truck lower I used this to allow easier loading of power chairs that had dead batteries as having to push them up a ramp sucks lol.

I figured that was the case. ? Correct on ASIA C. There's a few mobility centers here in PHX so I'm definitely exploring products for the regular and super cabs. Id prefer the regular cab and to just put the frame on the passenger seat next to me as its 2' shorter than the super/crew, but super might be the ticket - wish the super could still be ordered in Lariat, bummed they got rid of that option for '23.

I'll def reach out with any questions on the chair. Really appreciate your guidance and time ??
