Thanks.. Gonna hold my breath that the previous recommendation above to cycle thru modes using the button does the trick. It seems to cycle thru generator mode, off and low power. So, I'm hoping that is what occurred. One would think Ford dealer would know this? Struggling with Ford dealers in this area. Dread those visits.

If it said low power mode at the top left of your sync 4 screen with that icon, it just means that the interior outlets are on but the full generator capability is off. That notification has nothing to do with low batteries.

So I’ve learned.. was getting low power mode taking over infotainment screen. Got a low 12v warning on main screen. Couldn’t use FordPass app because in lower power mode. I thought battery, but ford said all three were fine. Learned low power mode is activated by dash switch that I must have triggered. Cycled to off and now haven’t seen warning in few days and ford pass app working again.

I’m not familiar with that notification if it’s more than just the top left corner. Sounds like you got it working though ??
