Well it's that time of year again and I put my truck in 4A on the way to church ystrdy, due to some ice\snow and noticed when I step on the gas the truck makes a Humming noise.
It's not horrible but enough for both my wife and I to notice.
I don't recall this last winter.
Anyone else experience this?

Yes. I figured it was from the front tired being driven. On the stock tires it was close to the sound made when cornering sharply at speed. Also the sound changed when I switched tires.

Thanks, I dont think its a tire issue, because I swap rims\tires for summer and winter and never hear this noise in 2H. It has to be something with the transfer case, Im just not sure what. If I think about it, Ill try and get a video\audio of it and post. Ill also look and see if the hum coincides with any speed or RPM changes or if its just a flat hum.
