First post here tried using the search and found a couple similar issues with no follow up on an actual fix so I'm hoping to get some advice.

I decided to install an amp and underseat speaker to try and help the 8 speaker B&O about a week after buying a brand new '25 Tremor, also while I was in there decided to run some extra wires for the upfitter switches for future plans. I went through the passenger side grommet that seemed to be the most common spot to get through the firewall and after running the 4ga power wire I get the forward collision unavailable and adaptive cruise unavailable messages.

Now its possible I screwed something up running the wire but the fish line went through fairly easy no real problems there, but I had noticed in the forward collision had misfire twice before the power wire was even ran and would slam on brakes when there was nothing in front of me, figured it was working out kinks and I was on empty roads when it happened so only thought of it as an afterthought. I have no problem paying the dealer to fix something if I screwed it up, but I'm worried they are just going to blame the install immediately and suggest replacing the entire harness, something I really don't want to do for a single wire issue.

I got my camera up under the dash to poke around but I cant fit my hand up far enough to get ahold of the main harness to feel for anything the camera isn't seeing. I'll post the pictures below but other than some tape abrasion the wires appear to be intact. The only way I can see myself getting to the harness to really inspect it is to unclip the harness I believe c265 but I'm totally unfamiliar with how to release it and to pull the underhood fuse tray to get to the main grommet and pull it back into the engine bay.

The other problem is the fuse tray appears to be locked in place and I cant get it to budge more than a slight wiggle. I removed the bolts holding it to the side wall but it feel like theres possible a clip around the back or underneath that needs to be released and I really don't want to just start pulling too hard and end up braking something else. Does anyone have the removal steps or a diagram of the fuse junction box that shows the release points so I can at least make sure I'm not doing more damage? Its a 2025 Tremor with 3.5l and pro-power.

Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated this is my first Ford in probably 15 years so I'm not sure how they are about warranty work with aftermarket modifications, but my last new vehicle was a dodge and they were absolutely horrible, Ford at least seems to accept we are going to modify our vehicles so maybe I'm over thinking it, but id like some advice from people more knowledgeable than myself on the subject.

Usually, a forward collision and adaptive cruise control unavailable message is due to the radar or IPMA not being seen on the CAN bus. I think the first place I would start is to get a ODB EX cable, a forscan license, and check which DTCs you have, and see if any modules are missing from the network. It could be that you dislodged a canbus plug somewhere, nicked a canbus wire, popped a fuse feeding a module, etc. Knowing which modules have errors or are not on the network will be a huge first step.

I can do that, I thought I had read forscan doesn't work with the 2024 and up years so I havent bought one yet but its definitely something I will need so I'll grab one today and report back what it says.

I’m saying you broke a wire. There have been a few people who have done the same exact thing on here. They found the break, mended it and all was well again

That's probably what happened i just don't see any damage to the wires. Those threads are how I found this site, I posted in one of the old threads with the same issue but never saw a follow up on if he ever found the wire that was broken or how to actually get to it. My only hope is getting the underhood fuse block out of the way and trying to pull the grommet back for access but I cant get the fuse box loose so I think theres a bolt or clip I'm missing somewhere. Searching online or owners manual for removal instructions has been a lost cause.

Send me the VIN and I can see what codes it is reporting.
Ill send you a pm, thanks for the assistance.

Also today even though it still says collision assist not active today at work I was driving through the parking lot and had the truck slam on the brakes again with nothing in front of me. I work at a metal shop so theres steel and beams laying all around so maybe one of the small sensors picked something up but I'm not aware if those sensors are the same as the radar used for forward collision and adaptive cruise. Just an odd somewhat related issue.
