Looking for ForScan help in northern Cincinnati

I am not really good with computers. That is just the way it is with me. So, I am looking to install a trailer brake kit from Ford. This requires programming to the truck. I would also like to disable a few other items while you are in there.

If you live around the north side of Cincinnati and are interested in helping the computer illiterate, please let me know! The going rate at the stealership is 185-200 an hour and they want 2! That makes it more than the kit costs!

If you don't have any luck you might try Finish Line Performance in Loveland. He recently told me he could adjust my spedo when I change my tire size and I think that is done with Forscan.

Thanks for the response. I have bought the kit and the USB cable now. Looking into doing it myself. But it is nice to know I may have a back up if needed.

The changes needed to do this are in the common tab of the FORScan spreadsheet and seem very straight-forward.

Looks like I have correctly programmed the unit. I will tow with it tomorrow and see for sure. But the buttons change the gain on the dash! Thanks for the push...
