LED stripe doesn’t turn on

Hello everyone I’m having some trouble with one of my headlights. After installing the putco led light up emblem. My driver side led stripe in my headlight doesn’t want to turn on. The night I installed it everything worked fine. After two days that’s when the led stripe turned off I smacked the headlight once and it turned on but after Turing the truck off, it didn’t want to turn on anymore. Has this happened to someone before or does anyone know a solution to this. Hopefully it’s just loose and it need to be reconnected. Thanks for the help anyone

I have this image in my mind of Indiana Jones tapping the fuel gauge in an airplane hoping it will not continue to show out of fuel. lol. sorry.

Disconnect the emblem, check all your connections, and report back.

Yea bro I used the quick connect harness to turn on the emblem

There is a recall for the DRL. not operating correctly.
