Leaking some fluid (oil?) after pinion seal replacement

Had some fluid buildup underneath and came out to be a pinion seal that dealership replaced under warranty.

Now I have a leak located more towards the front of the vehicle. Never had drips and spots on the driveway from the pinion seal. Now I do ?

it looks like oil to me. Almost translucent and doesn’t smell bad like rear diff fluid

could it have been from the work on the pinion seal? Not sure what they would have to remove?

Any insight greatly appreciated! Taking in tomorrow and they’re giving me a loaner this time ?
