*PLEASE BE AWARE* that it has been in an accident the front bumper, the headlight, and the fender have been replaced / paintwork etc.

This was my ordered truck via Laura Ford, waited 5 months. I was told via the sale associate that it would be kept in a “secure and safe” facility for it to be shipped to me. Clearly it wasn’t and was hit at that facility by a dually.

The sales manager has James Russo’s best offer was refund my “shipping costs” and “repair” the damage on a 4 mile brand new truck. Pathetic.

He also stated in the phone call that “it’s fine it won’t even show up on the carfax so you don’t have to worry about resale” — Shady.

Just beware that these dealerships do not disclose damages or repairs and will sell you new vehicles in hopes you just accept it as is.

Anyway cheers for wasting 5 months of my time. ?

Interesting. They continually seem to have rcsb 4x4's listed online that are not actually available. Heck, yours could be one of the ones I called them about at one point, to be told it was spoken for. I would absolutely have done business with them before now, given the really low prices they advertise.

Yep, that’s how I ended up ordering one. They had like 5 listed that were all not actually there / sold.

Weird. Their GMC store is the Granger of the GMC world. Then again my experience with Granger sucked, so I guess they all have off days.

I remember with BMW if ordering a brand new vehicle and if damaged during transit they would repair it and legally wouldn’t have to disclose it as it would be considered like an extension of the build process. IIRC it would have to be up to some dollar amount. Not sure if that’s the case with ford

I don't blame you one bit for cancelling the deal. Aftermarket body and paint repairs usually are not up to the quality of the original. Plus their lack of honesty and sneaky manner would send me elsewhere. Who is to say they didn't buy it that way at a heavily discounted price, repair it and then attempt to sell it to you at full price?
