I'm curious, those of you who have had the Roush level kit installed, what is the biggest tire you can run on the factory wheel without rubbing? American Truck says 33" is the biggest you can go but I've heard others say 35". I'm just looking for real-world experience. Thanks!

It's more about width and offset than height of the tire. I raised the front of my truck just under 2" via an adjustable Eibach coilover. Installed 35x11.5R20 Recon Grappler's on the stock +44 wheels. NO rubbing, NO trimming of anything. If I trimmed my air dam and moved the wheel back via alignment, I think I could fit a 37" if it wasn't too wide.

Thanks. That makes sense. I'm trying to figure out the largest tire I can fit on the factory 20" wheel that come on the Platinum once the Roush level kit is installed.

I run 295-70r18 on +20mm offset. I can't use mud flaps, but I have no rubbing. With you factory +44 offset. I see a lot of 295-60r20 on you tube that fit just fine.

I have Roush and 295/60r20 on stock platinum wheels. 35's would clear no problem but it would mean 11.5 width. I would like 12.5 width but as Vin pointed out and in the pic you can see the clearance to the control arm is tight with an 11.6 width on stock +44 offset.

Mickey Thompson makes a Legend EXP in 34x11.5r20. That sounds like it may be a good fit.

If you get a chance, will you please post a few pics of your truck from the side. I'd like to get a better idea of the stance with the Roush. Thank.

How do you like the Eibach coilovers?

I don't have many pictures on my phone. I can take some if needed when I get home next week. Note that my truck is not level, I have larger 2.5" rear blocks so my truck has about 3" of rake. I tow a heavy trailer so I prefer to retain some rake.
