The only hard issue...is finding a dealer with a KEY200.4

Agree, that was one of the reasons I went with plugnplay. They had a kit with the harness', a key 200.4 and a Kicker HS10 under seat sub in stock. Install only took a couple of hours and it was very straightforward.
