Did you contact your insurance company? They might cover the key replacement. Also even if your fob is reprogrammed my 2023 XLT has a knife key. “ a key slot to start the truck” and it opens the door. My daughter has the the Ford lariat. With a push button start. To be safe you would need the truck rekeyed as well as the new key fobs reprogrammed. To keep the thief from steeling your truck or just getting in with the hard key. Door locks and ignition switch key. Not to mention the tailgate and glove box. This could get really expensive. I paid about $200 for a spare key and fob reprogrammed. When I bought my truck used in Oct of 23 it only had one key. I’m not worried about an extra key floating around because I bought it from a dealership 5 hrs from where I live and it was a daily rental. I bought a third key fob and programmed it so I could make a spare if I washed one but never had it cut.

Yeah I've got a large deductible on my homeowner insurance so not worth filing a claim (time for "well self-insure for the small stuff" statement to become a reality).
The cops think the petty thief was after the credit cards and cash, likely tossed the purse and keys in a ditch. As you say full rekeying would get expensive.

Praying it all works out, Getting anything stolen from you always feels like more than just a financial loss but having been violated twice by the thieves then by Ford. We have all been there.
