I am settled in for a nice long wait. I was just passing along what my dealership was telling people placing orders.
Being a member of this forum shows that it will be toss up as to when the trucks will be delivered. I just removed the scale from my order today so I hope they give me a 3 month penalty for it! ?

I’m not trying be cynical (although, really… I mean “come on!”) or pop anyone’s bubble I’m just warning you.
And it appears that you DON’T need any warning. You know the deal.

You’re truck might get delivered long before you expected it and It might get delivered just in time for Antique License Plates!

Regardless… at some point you WILL be driving a brand new F150, you WILL be impressed and you WON'T regret it.
I waited 8 months for mine, drove for 4 weeks and shattered a valve. It's been sitting waiting for parts for all of 2022.

And I STILL don't regret buying it! It's THAT bad ass...

Good luck!

Ahh man.. That really sucks after an 8 month wait! I hope they get your truck fixed soon!!! The fact that you still love it is fantastic.

I am excited to get mine. I ordered a Platinum a year ago. While waiting for it to be built my car was a total loss in and accident. I could not wait for the truck to be built so I picked up a 2021 Aviator. Great SUV....but its still not a truck.

I ordered mine a year ago March 20th after 4 months of souring the nation for a Fully Loaded RCSB.

My 1st “scheduled build date” was June 7th.

After my 3rd “scheduled build date” I dumped $7k into my Ranger basically rebuilding it knowing what I was likely in for.

GOOD THING!

Guess what I’m driving NOW!!

lol

WTF are you going to do?

The world has changed and Ford Motor Company has done a criminally miserable job of changing with it!

I just emailed my dealer to place an order for a Iconic silver tremor w the mid package. Can’t wait to get this thing.

I realize supply chain issues have hit auto manufacturers hard so not expecting it any time soon. With that said- those of you would have ordered recently, what kind of time frame did you have from order to delivery?
Congratulations!

I ordered a 402A December 14, my build date is 3/9. Got VIN 2 weeks ago and window sticker generated. So its maybe better than you think

Yeah, the "Window Sticker" IS a very good sign.

I was so nuts after waiting 8 months, I was checking for my Window Sticker daily.

I even caught it before they had a chance to finish it! (Note there's nothing filled in for the options or pricing yet)

It was built the day BEFORE the "Blend Date" listed on the Window Sticker...

I ordered in early July, got a VIN in November, Window Sticker in December. Build week was January 10th, and it's now confirmed sitting in Michigan waiting for a micro-chip.

Dealer sent me a picture of the order on his computer with an "End Date" of May, so hoping I get it by then?
Canadian order though, not sure it makes a difference.

This gives me hope, I ordered my 402A exactly a week after you. Maybe I'll see a VIN soon.

I ordered a 402A on 12/22. Got a VIN around 1/14ish and a build week of 2/28. That has since been pushed to 3/7 and now 3/14.

I ordered from a high volume dealer (Granger) so maybe that's why I still don't have a VIN?

My order is also through Granger. At this point I think it’s based on what’s in your build as far as options. The commodity/supply chain issues have taken precedence over order date/priority code.

Oh, did you get less options than I did? (see signature)

Yes, much less. The only thing I added to the 402A package was the B&O. I’ll even have to get the spray in liner done after delivery.

I didn't order the bedliner either because it would be a delay, but I guess all those options I got need a chip or ten.......
