Issue: SiriusXM loading...

Has anyone else had this issue? When I try to change audio source to SiriusXM, there is no audio and it continually displays "SiriusXM loading...". In the SiriusXM area of the settings, it doesn't provide my radio ID. Seems to have started after receiving the 4.2.1 update. I have a 3 month paid plan with SXM and was working before. I've tried switching between sources, restarting the APIM, and attempted a refresh via the SXM support page without success.

edit: not sure if related, but Navigation doesn't load either

Seems you have done all I would suggest .At this point if you have any warranty left I make it a dealer issue. Your profile says you have a 2021 so you might or might not be under warranty.

It sounds like one of the settings has gotten changed with the downloaded up date? That message was one I was getting before clanging the APIM setting.

I would pull up my as built settings from fords site and using Forscan compare with actual settings. But again if under warranty, make it fords problem.

up an issue who is responsible if an auto up date change’s something that was working before?

Also is the antenna not damaged? Passenger rear?

Thanks, no damage that I can tell. I certainly don't recall getting anywhere close to something that would have damaged it. I'll definitely try the Forscan route when I have time - was hoping there was an easier fix (or a known issue fixed in the next OTA).

Bumping my old thread - still no resolution. I haven't taken it in to a dealer yet (kinda waiting until the windshield wiper recall parts are available), but I did update all the available modules via FDRS.

In diagnostics, the SiriusXM menu is blank.

All my previous SiriusXM presets now show SDARS:

Radio ID is missing:

And navigation is still loading:

I bought a 2-day license for FDRS, any thoughts on procedure(s) that I can perform? PMI?

Your APIM config got goofed in the APIM update

Run a PMI on the APIM. The as build online looks correct so it should fix it

Config completed, SiriusXM icons are back and am picking up the preview channel!
Navigation is still "Loading map...", anything I can do for that (previously used to load, but I don't have a subscription).

Only thing for the maps is to select settings and then switch back to nav. Mine did it sometimes at first then eventually it works now

Why? I would do it soon because if they come up Nav unavailable you’ll have to do a master reset

and that may not fix it..

FWIW, after your suggestion I attempted several times to go from Settings to Nav, still did the "Maps is loading..." with the circle just spinning.

Well crap... my SiriusXM is back to the loading thing again. And the preset icons have disappeared and now back to just text (not back to SDARS... yet).
