Went to setting and tried the Update Now but it says there’s no updates available that requires vehicle downtime. I then checked About Sync and got the follow l, am I on the most current update?

We just bought the car this past weekend and I just connected the car with my home wifi today. How many days takes it to receive the new OTA updates?

Of course it was. The day after my FDRS license expired. Ha. Well, let’s give it some time to see how the OTA process works for me. Or until enough updates drop to justify a new license.

Wifi doesn't play any factor.
And nothing has been discovered that you can do to trigger an OTA.

Timing is a deep secret too.

You can help OTA opportunities to succeed though by making sure your battery is healthy. Signs that it isn't are:

Truck goes into deep sleep.
Interior lights don't come on when you open the door
Auto Start/Stop is disabled without you doing so

How do I know there’s an update available? Where on the screen do I see that ? I have the 12” screen. Does the vehicle has to be in parked for it to update like Tesla does?

You can go to this beta website and then filter for F150 only
All OTA updates to date are listed.

If you haven't received it, it's due you sooner or later.

You have a 2023. Your truck was built with 95% of the updates already. Do not ready too much into the OTA issues that are prominent to this section of the forum. They do not apply to you.
