Could you send me your vin so I can lookAfter Ford said they denied my request for a buyback/replacement verbally on the phone I asked if they could send me their decision in writing or an email so I know on what grounds it was denied. They refused to do so. I asked to speak to a supervisor to see why they can't send it to me and they told me several time one with call me. I never received a call.
They told me repeatedly I can request arbitration through my state (which I finally did today). I also said my truck issues are still not fixed and asked what do I do now. They had no answer. WTF Ford!!
Since 2015 I have bought 2 King Ranches and a Platinum, I am supposed to pick up my Bronco Wildtrak next week, I have another King Ranch on order that I should get in a couple months, and I have been considering throwing my name in for a Lightning. After this very poor experience Ford may be loosing a good repeat customer.![]()
