For some reason, i had thought the Powerboost had a large battery under the rear seats.

The PowerBoost has a battery beneath the rear seats, but it is between the frame rails in a sealed container under the cab, not inside the cab.

Then what is in that box below the rear passenger seats? When i went to look, it was just blocked off and I couldn't get a flat floor in the rear seat area with that box.

I had a 2016 F-150 Platinum that I sold privately and was waiting for the right truck to fall into my lap. 6 months later and just picked up a 2022 F-150 Limited Powerboost and I am loving it. Drives like a dream and loving some of the tech. I was trying to find a pre-chip shortage truck with low miles but not first production. Luckily i found this one with 20,000 miles and well maintained. Looking forward to learning about it on here!

Hi all, been lurking since February when I purchased a used, well cared for 2023 F150 RCSB FX4 with 2.7l ecoboost. With just over 36,000 miles. This was the exact package I was looking for. As far as I know, this package is no longer available. Only the 5.0 V8 can be ordered with the RCSB now.

On a recent 2,000 mile round trip from AZ to OK and back averaged 24.9 mpg hand calculated. Easily averages 20 to 21 mpg in town. Really like this truck. Has plenty of get up and go and with turbo boost, flattens the hills. Easy to maneuver and park with the 122” wheelbase.

I am new to this forum. Also getting used to the truck and the camper, which is the reason I purchased the `150. I previously towed the camper with a Ranger, which was capable but something, hard to describe, made me think that a little more muscle was needed.

This is a new 2024 Ford F-150, XLT, 4x4 SuperCrew, 3.5L V6 Ecoboost, gas engine.

Camper is a Grand Design Imagine XLS, 17MKE. F-150 is a bit of overkill for this camper but it sure does tow easy.

Hello from northern Canada. Recently upgraded from a 2016 Silverado 5.3L.
I'm pleased to own this 2025 Lariat 502A in Marsh Gray. My modifications include 275/65R20 ATIII tires, a custom anodized aluminum headache rack, VHF radio, and heavy duty mud flaps.
This is our household’s second F-150 and one of several dozen that I’ve driven over the years.
Jumped on to this forum after finding Reddit to be an unhelpful space. Hoping I can learn some things to make this a high-mileage investment. I routinely use my trucks in severe off-road conditions to haul firewood and other things. It will be common for this truck to make 1,000+km journeys on remote logging roads in extreme cold temperatures. We do things a bit differently up north, so don’t be judgmental if you see something you don’t like about my truck. Cheers!

please allow me to introduce myself (he said as if his sound was laid down by the underground). I’m Ryan. New F-150 owner as of tomorrow. This purchase was necessary following the unplanned demise of my 2014 Silverado.

(May she rest in piece).
I needed something capable of towing 6-8000lbs easily. We own a company and we are pretty deeply entrenched in the BBQ scene. We travel a lot, and have a big trip to Texas coming up on November and we will be hauling product as well as grills and other supplies.

Things I wanted and/or needed:
1) longer bed
2) 4wd
3) heated and cooled seats
4) sweet ass panoramic moon roof
5) the built in tailgate step
6) tow mirrors
7) some sort of powertrain warranty
8) preferably black, but really any color but white. (I’m not a general contractor ?)

And of course the right price.
I found this one that was a great price, checked all the boxes except 5 and 6 (which we will solve later). It was 5 hours away. But we are making it work.

Anyway, thanks for having me. More pics after I pick it up tomorrow.

Hello from California. This is my second F 150, first one was a 2018 and absolutely loved it. Had to trade in to get the one I have now (2023 XLT Sport). Even more excited about my 23.

Just checking in. Bought a “used 2024 SFX” last weekend with all of 68 miles on it. Now in the process of adding running boards and a cover for the bed.
Anyone have recommendations for a good bed liner before I scratch this one up hauling things in it?
