Interior chrome bubbling off - need help identifying p/n

2021 Lariat, the trim around the rear seat cup holders in the back of the center console is coated in “chrome” and is bubbling off. I believe the replacement part number is ML3Z-1513562-__ but there are a few suffix’s (AF, AE, DC) and I’m not sure which one would match my interior. Does anyone have any insight, or a repair that doesn’t include a new FORD OEM part at $100+?

You could take if off the console, and sand that area. Higher grit will leave a better finish...like 400. Then find a chrome vinyl, to wrap it with. It should come close to matching with a clean cut line.
