Instrument Panel Restart While Driving

2021 Ford Raptor
IPC cluster keeps resetting
Only has 800 miles
Has been happening since new
Seems mostly random times even though today it did happen as I went over a bump
Sometimes it will reset for as long as 10 minutes
IF the IPC is showing black the AC controls and such also do not work and do not have power
Sometimes shorter resets are almost immediate.
Throws Service Light soon and shows errors
Service vehicle soon
Check 4x4
Check locking differential
Throwing CEL on longer resets for
Powertrain Malfunction/Reduced Power detected a powertrain or a four wheel drive fault
Malfunction Indicator Lamp Regulatory All Terrain Control Module
Malfunction Indicator Lamp Regulatory Fuel Level Sensor
Malfunction Indicator Lamp Regulatory Fuel Level signal indicating a value over full
Malfunction Indicator Lamp Regulatory Lost communication with dash front control interface module
Malfunction Indicator Lamp Regulatory Powertrain control module lost communication with instrument panel cluster for period of time.
Malfunction indicator Lamp Regulatory Powertrain control Module lost communication with the heater ventilation air conditioner module for a period of time.

Took it to dealer yesterday
Tried to update software but there was no update. Checked Fuses

Wanted to keep it to try to replicate the reset however I told them it happens at random times and would be difficult to get it there while the screen was actually blank as it usually resets very quickly. Also happens at such random mileage intervals it could be 200 miles before it happens again. They did not want to provide a loaner and wanted to keep my truck there. Personally think its ridiculous to not provide a loaner and ask to keep the vehicle there that long for something that has "no fix" yet. Ford pass shows all the faults etc that have been coming up and have photos of it resetting etc. Dealer did not want to assume responsibility for a rental car either as they stated it is currently not blank even though it shows all the fault codes in ford pass, had fault codes stores in from the CEL light, and picture evidence of the situation.

I’ve uncovered a problem that I haven’t seen posted before.
I noticed my instrument panel restarting while I was driving. The first couple of time I couldn’t figure out what was happening until I finally noticed it only happens when I call certain people saved in my favorites on my phone.
I can now consistently make it happen when I call them or they call me. Every time there is a call with those certain people the panel restarts while the vehicle is in motion. I don’t lose any power or control of the truck, just complete loss of the panel while it restarts. Anyone else noticed this issue?

I have a 2021 Lariat 502A PowerBoost and mine started to do this yesterday. There erid thing is I would time it and it was almost every 6 minute it would reset. Once it complted that my radio would run through a quick cycle but never lose sound.

Almost from the day I got it sometimes calls would not hang up as well. I would hit the hnagup and it would cycle back to the call even though there was no call on my phone. I would have to turn bluetooth of on my cell to get it to stop.

My Fixed Ops director today said those two issues are somehow related. Hoping for a fix soon thats for sure.

Update
Well it happened again. This time the screen wont come back to life. Drove for 25 minutes trying to get it to come back. Nothing
No AC/Heat
No 4x4
No parking sensors
No heated seats steering wheel or cooled seats.
When you turn the car off now since instrument cluster is "off" the headlights and taillights do not turn off.

Update: Had my instrument cluster replaced week ago tomorrow and as if now now issues.

Now my seat at times still won't return fully to the memory position but who knows...

it was very constant every 6-7 minutes? Mine just went 500 miles or so without resetting then went totally blank now

Last week when I refueled, both screens went blank when I started up. Turned the motor off and restarted, drivers screen came back on. I pulled out of the gas station, then turned motor off and waited 5 minuets. Restarted everything came back on. I keep my 12" screen on the blue setting or night time. It is now changing to the day time or the white back ground.

Yes I was driving from Orange County down to San Diego and I started to time it cause I was trying to record it happening because my Service Director always asks for a video... Sometimes it was 5 minutes and others maybe 8 minutes.

I sent it to you last week and nothing has happened but a claim open and a generic phone call. This issue needs to be escalated.

My truck is doing the same thing. I’ve narrowed it down to answering incoming calls on the screen (using Bluetooth). My truck is a ‘21 Lariat SCrew, 5.0.
