My '21 did something very similar in Oct. of '21. I did the same steps as you, and its been fine until last Wed. I drove the truck at lunch, it was perfectly normal. I went out to go home around 4:30 and all it would do is "click". The dash lit up, all lights worked, it just would not turn over...
