I’ve posted a few small rants in a few post there and there but I’m at my wits end. I’ve spent too much time making pointless phone calls and talking to people who absolutely don’t give a crap about the loss of patience I have. @Ford Motor Company
Back on November 5, 2022, I placed an order for the BAP front and rear emblems. The money came out my account and the badges shipped next day. They arrived in 2 days (11/7/22)…but arrived broke. Spoke with Ford Accessories and was sent a return label. I sent the package back with tracking. Package went out 11/10/22 and was received by their return dept on 11/15/22
Ford Acc said I should have new badges in 7-10 business days…I never hear another word.
I called 12/1/22 and was told that I needed to factor in the holidays and that they’ll be shipped out soon.
Called 12/12/22 and was told they have no idea why nothing has shipped. That they’ll look into it.
Called 12/19/22 and was told they haven’t shipped new badges. I ask why? Was told they don’t know. I then said this line…”you have my money, either send me the parts or give my money back.” They agreed they would do a refund.
Called 12/28/22 about the refund. Well my card I used expired in the middle of this escapade. So now they can’t give me a refund. Ummm ok. Send me new parts. “Sir, you asked for a refund” so now they won’t send parts bc I asked for a refund but they can’t give me a refund bc the card used is no longer valid. They said they would need to look into it.
Called 1/9/23 about refund. Was told they needed to “escalate” my case bc they still have no answer.
Called 1/16/23 about refund. Was told they needed to “escalate” my case again. Said a check should have been issued.
Called 1/23/23 about the refund. Said no check was issued and that my case needs to be “escalated” I straight lost it! I didn’t get belligerent but I let everyone know how I felt!
Called 1/30/23 and was told that my return never processed and bc it hasn’t processed, a refund can not be processed. Was told this is something that happens often and shouldn’t be an issue to fix. Said a supervisor would call.
Called 2/6/23 and was told they are still processing the refund. Umm ok. On 2/7/23 a manager called saying they were working on a refund override.
Called 2/13/23 and was told they are still looking into the refund. I explained what the “supervisor” who called said and they claim it’s in their notes.
Called 2/20/23 and was told they can’t reach the processing facility so they can’t process a refund. I asked for a manager to call me and it’s been nothing but crickets.
Ford needs to step in at this point but their customer service said they can’t help either
